For your convenience, our three pools have an on-site swim shop for all your swimming essentials. From goggles to swim nappies we've got you covered.

Our swim shop at Coastlands Aquatic Centre has one of the largest ranges of top-quality swimming gear on the Kāpiti Coast. So, come on in, explore, and gear up for your next aquatic adventure! 

Swim shop returns policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of swimwear and accessories from our store.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return policies:

Swimwear returns

• We accept returns for unworn swimwear within 14 days of purchase.
• The swimwear must be in its original condition with tags, and hygiene stickers in place.
• We do not accept returns on swimwear that have been worn or washed.
• All returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt.
• Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit.

Note all sales are final on swimwear purchased on sale.

Goggle return policy

• Manufacturer faults - If your goggles have a clear manufacturing defect, we will provide a full refund or exchange.
• Personal fitting - If your goggles were fitted by one of our trained staff and still leak, we will offer a refund or exchange.
• Incorrect fit - We do not offer refunds or exchanges for goggles that leak due to incorrect fit or shape selection. Goggles fit differently depending on face shape, and leakage is not considered a fault unless professionally fitted or defective.
