Low sensory session

We’re trialing a low sensory session for all families with children with extra sensory needs.

Coastlands Aquatic Centre - Programmes Pool

8–10am Sundays

We will provide a quiet environment for you and your families to enjoy a swim in the 32 degree Programmes Pool without the extra stress of the music playing and the water features on.

Whilst we can’t dim the light of the sun through our translucent roof, we’re hoping the Sunday morning sessions will become part of your family’s routine.

We'll have the meeting room available if you need a 'chill out' space and some sensory activities in the cafe to enjoy.

Entry is free so you can stay for a short time or the full 2 hours, it’s up to you!
